I was checking out the pb's at the grocery store today and I noticed something.. they are peanut butter SPREADS. This means that they added oil and other stuff like high fructose corn syrup. Even the all natural versions have palm oil added! So the next time you buy your butter look for the kind that is just peanuts or peanuts and salt. You should also try almond butter. Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats which can help lower your risk for heart disease!
Fun Fact- Almonds are actually the seed of the fruit of the almond tree.
