Go Greek

I la-la-love greek yogurt! It's so high in protein and it's super creamy too! This weekend I was thinking outside the carton and decided to cook with my favorite dairy:) I added spices like tumeric, cinnamon, cumin, and cilantro to my yogurt and smothered it all over a few chicken breasts and chopped bell peppers. I cooked the chicken with the lid on and it was so tender! I also added about a cup of raw milk and a little bit of cornstarch slurry to thicken up my chicken and g-yo sauce! I served it over some dill and green onion whole wheat cous cous. #crazygood
